Warm Buckwheat Breakfast Bowl with Fruit and Nut Butter
This recipe is the second breakfast in our 2-day Healthy Meal Plan, a 48-hour nutrition plan developed by our chef and nutritionist to give you a metabolic reset. Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 C reserved buckwheat
- ¼ C coconut milk
- ¾ C fruit
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
Prep Instructions
- Warm 1 cup buckwheat with ½ cup coconut milk in a small saucepot.
- Top with ¾ cup fruit and 1 Tbsp. nut butter.
