From the moment you arrive, every detail is planned for and taken care of, allowing you to fully relax and immerse in the experience.
Every day offers a new hiking location, health talk, exercise class, menu, personal/relaxation time, clean mountain air and outstanding views:
Gentle Wake Up (6am)
If the song birds don’t wake you up first then we’ll gently tap on your door.
Break Your Fast (6:15am)
Kickstart your metabolism with a nutrient and protein-rich green smoothie, and support natural detoxification with our Lemon Ginger Tea.
Sunrise Yoga (6:30am)
Greet the day with a gentle yoga stretch class while you watch the sunrise over the mountains.
Breakfast (7:30am)
Enjoy a nutritious & delicious chef-prepared breakfast in our scenic dining room overlooking Kootenay Lake and the Purcell Mountains.
Check-In (8:00am)
Review the upcoming day with your guides and learn about the day’s exciting hiking destination and upcoming weather.
Depart For Hike (8:30am)
A variety of world-class hiking trails await you after a short scenic drive.
The Hiking
Each 3-4 hour hike is unique, and we’ve picked the very best the area has to offer, taking full advantage of the local Provincial Parks and trails. Our 16 guests are divided into four guided groups and led by professional hiking guides.
Picnic Lunch on Trail (12:30pm)
Enjoy a delicious and hearty lunch prepared by our chefs, usually at a scenic location such as a waterfall, alpine lake, meadow, or glacier-fed river.
Return to Lodge (3:00pm)
Take time to relax, enjoy the accomplishment of your hike, read a book, journal, or enjoy our full spa, soaking in our outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains and lake.
Functional Fitness Class and/or Lifestyle Talks (4pm)
Sweat and purge toxins, burn fat, and improve cardio endurance and strength with our functional fitness classes led by professional trainers.
Our unique health talks will hand off our knowledge on all things health and wellness, diving into fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep, detoxification, mental and emotional health, mindfulness, and nature immersion.
Dinner (5:15pm)
Our chef-prepared, nutritionist-designed meal plan concludes for the day with a gourmet spa cuisine dinner that is rich in nutrients and flavor. Prepare to enjoy fresh, delicious, organic, low-inflammatory, detoxifying, and very satisfying dishes.
Nature Walk (6:00pm)
Relax into the evening and control blood sugar levels with a post-dinner nature walk.
Spa, Massage, & Guided Relaxation (6:30-10:00pm)
Relax in our state-of-the-art health spa featuring an infrared sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi, cold plunge, and four treatment rooms. Enjoy one of your complimentary therapeutic massages included with the program or customize your stay by adding any of our extra spa services.
Nightly, enjoy guided relaxation sessions to fully prepare you for a deep and rejuvenating sleep.
