Join us for a dinner experience like never before.
Spend an intimate evening with classically-trained Chef Jillian, Nutritionist Jenn, and Program Director Kirk cooking, eating, and discussing delicious, nutritious food.
What To Expect
Prepare to venture far from your ordinary dinner routine.
Spend an evening alongside Chef Jillian, Nutritionist Jenn, and Program Director Kirk to cook and eat delicious, nutritious food, and discuss all things nutrition, health, or wherever else the conversation goes!
A maximum of 12 guests will get together virtually (via Zoom) for two hours for each Supper Club dinner.
During the cooking portion (roughly 90 minutes), Chef Jillian and Nutritionist Jenn will lead you on both a culinary and educational journey, teaching you new cooking skills and techniques, while sharing helpful insights about the meal you are preparing. We will send you the recipes and a shopping list well ahead of the event.
Once all guests have plated their dinner, you will all sit down and continue the conversation! This is a unique opportunity to ask a classically-trained chef, certified nutritionist, and/or our very own health guru anything you want, or just enjoy it as a chance to be with like-minded people connecting over good food.
Is This For Me?
The Supper Club is designed to work for anyone, from first-time home cooks to those on the verge of earning their own Michelin Star. Chef Jillian is highly skilled at leading virtual cook-alongs—she won’t leave anyone behind!
Most dinners include animal protein, however, all meals are designed so they can easily be converted into vegetarian dishes.
If your dinner routine needs a little healthy mixup, you are interested in learning more about healthy cooking and nutrition, or you just want to spend a fun night eating and socializing with like-minded people, the Mountain Trek Supper Club is for you!
