Successful resolutions are not about making grand commitments, but rather, mindfully focusing on smaller, incremental actions that compound into profound change throughout the entire year. Crucial elements of creating healthy habits are understanding the science behind goal setting, receiving support, instilling accountability, and being a part of a community.

Daily Morning Emails
Each morning, you will wake up to a motivational and thought-provoking email. These gentle reminders will help keep your resolution top of mind and provide solutions to typical obstacles you may be facing.
Live Office Hours
Additional evenings of the challenge, Kirk will be live on Zoom for unstructured time for support. Think of these sessions as optional “office hours”, where you can show up if you need answers to your questions or want to listen in for tips and guidance as others present their challenges and receive support. These sessions are also great for additional community building.

A certified life coach, former park ranger, and lifelong practitioner of balanced health, Kirk is a motivator who challenges and inspires retreat guests to do more than they ever thought possible. He holds a deep-rooted comprehension of the vastly interconnected human mind, body, and spirit and walks the Mountain Trek talk… sometimes barefoot.
